Daniel Martinez was a beacon of hope to a catastrophic event in my life. From the first day I met him, I knew he was the right person to represent me and defend my name. At times it felt like the world was crashing in on me but he was always there to remind me not to worry. There is something to be said for the mindset of fighters and their hunger to win, regardless if it’s in the courtroom or in the ring. I never, not once, doubted his process and advice. He told me to trust him and he would take care of everything and he delivered. I am eternally grateful for his service and I hereby recommend Mr. Martinez without any reservation.

Daniel and his team are amazing! He is handling two cases for my son right now. He has fought so hard for one of the cases, has been a bulldog in court and this first case is dismissed! He is thorough and follows through for his client! I felt it was super important to write this first review because we are so fortunate to have been referred to Mr. Martinez and his team. He is passionate, steadfast, and honorable when it comes to being there for his client. His paralegal is amazing as well! Ms. Barbie is so welcoming when you come into the office and she listens to concerns and has a passion to support Mr. Martinez and his clients. They are very busy every day working for their clients so you must be patient because they work hard behind the scenes even when you are sleeping, working, or hanging out - they are researching and preparing to fight for the client! Mr. Daniel Martinez is a very professional, knowledge, caring an honest lawyer he was very upfront with us and everything he said he did he made us feel so comfortable in our times of trouble and he stayed on the case and kept me posted. He's a great lawyer and I will use him again hopefully I don't have to but if I needed to I would and I would recommend him to anyone. Daniel is a wonderful lawyer! He's smart and quick, really has your best interest at heart. Very professional and passionate about what he does and truly cares for his clients. I hired him in September for my case and am very pleased with the outcome. His paralegal, Denise, was extremely helpful to me as well. Highly recommended!!! Would definitely seek his counsel again if I ever need it and I'm quick to drop his name whenever any of my friends encounter a legal problem.

Daniel Martinez was able get me 2 remarkable offers on a 1st degree felony of trafficking 28 gs. The charge carries 3 minimum mandatory to 30 years maximum. I actually was going to plea to a year in the county. Which would have been 8 months with gain time as a trusty. But I actually pleased to 1year of community control follow by 3 yrs of regular probation. The kicker is I was able to get it in writing as part of my plea. If I successfully complete 2 yrs and have all court costs and fees paid off I can get early termination on the remaining 2 years. Plus the charge was dropped from a F1 to a F2. Martinez was determined and caught officers in a cross hair in their Depositions as well as filing as suppress hearing. I did not follow through personally with the suppress hearing but Martinez I believed would have won it easily!!!!! But I chose the ladder due to my past and the possible outcome. He is a great attorney and I would recommend to anyone, including using him again if I ever get in a jam again. This is why he holds the award the past 2 years for BEST CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY IN BREVARD COUNTY!!!! Go DANIEL MARTINEZ LAW!!!!
